भूमि अधिग्रहण, 2013 कानून को लागू करवाने के लिए हिमाचल किसान सभा कल विधानसभा के बाहर धर्मशाला में करेगी धरना प्रदर्शन

भूमिअधिग्रहण प्रभावित मंच के अध्यक्ष बी आर कोंडल की अध्यक्षता में परवाणू-शिमला, किरतपुर- मनाली, मटोर-शिमला, पठानकोट-मंडी , पिंजौर-नालागढ़ , हमीरपुर–कोटली-मंडी मार्ग से प्रभावित 6 जिलों से 21 संगठन, किसान भूमि अधिग्रहण, 2013 कानून को लागू करवाने के लिए 14 दिसम्बर कों विधानसभा के बाहर सुबह 11 बजे धर्मशाला में प्रदर्शन करंगे । सभा ने प्रभावित किसानों से इस प्रदर्शन में बढ़-चढ कर हिस्सा लेने की अपील की है।
सयोंजक, जोगिन्दर वालिया ने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा जो भूमि अर्जित की गई है उसमे भूमि अधिग्रहण, 2013 कानून (पुनर्स्थापना, पुनर्वास व चार गुना मुआवजा) को हिमाचल सरकार पूर्णतः लागू नहीं कर रही है। हालाँकि 2018 में मंत्री स्तर पर एक सब-कमेटी गठित कि गई थी जिसमें पुनर्स्थापना, पुनर्वास तथा भूमि अधिग्रहण, 2013 के अनुसार फैक्टर-2 (चार गुना मुआवजा) को लागू करने की बात तय हुई थी लेकिन 4 वर्ष बीत जाने के बावजूद भी हिमाचल सरकार अभी तक इस पर कोई फैसला नहीं ले पाई है और हाल ही में मंत्री स्तर पर कमेटी गठित कि गई हे जिसकी अभी तक कोई बैठक नहीं हो पाई हे I इसके कारण आम किसनों में भारी गुस्सा हे कयोंकि भूमि अधिग्रहण से पुरे प्रदेश में किसानों, दुकानदारों व अन्य नागरिकों की आजीविका बुरी तरह प्रभावित हुई है, इसलिए शिमला, सोलन, बिलासपुर, कुल्लू , मंडी व काँगड़ा के प्रभावित जिलों से किसान अपना विरोध प्रकट करने 14 दिसम्बर कों भारी संख्या में हिस्सा लेंगे और सरकार से मांग करते हैं कि किसानों के मुद्दों को सरकार जल्दी सुलझाये अन्यथा समस्याओं के शीघ्र समाधान न होने की स्थिति में हिमाचल किसान सभा, भूमि अधिग्रहण प्रभावित मंच के साथ मिलकर राज्यव्यापि आन्दोलन करने पर मजबूर होगा जिसकी पूरी जिम्मेदारी राज्य, केंद्र सरकार व राष्ट्रीय उच्च मार्ग के अधिकारियों की होगी I
