केन्द्रीय सड़क, परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने प्रदेश में 6155 करोड़ रुपये की सड़क परियोजनाओं के लोकार्पण व शिलान्यास किए,हिमाचल को बताया देश का सबसे खूबसूरत राज्य
सड़क सुविधा के लिहाज से हिमाचल प्रदेश के इतिहास में 24 जून, 2021 का दिन स्वर्ण अक्षरों में लिखा जाएगा। आज केन्द्रीय सड़क, परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने मुख्यमंत्री जय राम ठाकुर की उपस्थिति में कुल्लू जिला के मनाली से वीडियो कान्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से हिमाचल प्रदेश के लिए 6155 करोड़ रुपये की सड़क परियोजनाओं के लोकार्पण व शिलान्यास किए ।
केन्द्रीय मंत्री ने 1303 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से निर्मित 39.14 किलोमीटर लम्बे एनएच-22 (नया एनएच-05) के परवाणु-सोलन सेक्शन के फोर लेन का लोकार्पण किया।
उन्होंने 1323 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से 18.13 किलोमीटर लम्बे एनएच-88 (नया एनएच-303, 503) कांगड़ा बाईपास-भंगबार सेक्शन के फोर लेन के निर्माण, 2098 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से 47.75 किलोमीटर लम्बे एनएच-21 (नए एनएच-205,154) कीरतपुर-नेरचैक (ग्रीनफील्ड संरेखण) के फोर लेन के निर्माण, 273 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से 25 किलोमीटर लम्बे एनएच-707 (ग्रीन नेशनल हाईवे काॅरिडोर प्रोजेक्ट) पांवटा साहिब-हेवना के फोर लेन/टू लेन के निर्माण, 243 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से 25 किलोमीटर लम्बे एनएच-707 (ग्रीन नेशनल हाईवे काॅरिडोर प्रोजेक्ट) हेवना-अशयारी के टू लेन के निर्माण, 346 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से 25 किलोमीटर लम्बे एनएच-707 (ग्रीन नेशनल हाईवे काॅरिडोर प्रोजेक्ट) के अशयारी-श्री क्यारी सेक्शन के टू लेन/इंटरमीडिएट लेन के निर्माण, 349 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से 19.9 किलोमीटर लम्बे एनएच-707 (ग्रीन नेशनल हाईवे काॅरिडोर प्रोजेक्ट) श्री क्यारी-गुम्मा सेक्शन के इंटरमीडिएट लेन के उन्नयन, 126 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से 8.65 किलोमीटर लम्बे एनएच-707 (ग्रीन नेशनल हाईवे काॅरिडोर प्रोजेक्ट) गुम्मा-फेडिज सेक्शन के इंटरमीडिएट लेन के उन्नयन और 94 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से निर्मित की जाने वाली 12.71 किलोमीटर लम्बी पांवटा-राजबन-शिलाई-मीनस-हाटकोटी सड़क एनएच-707 के टू लेन के निर्माण कार्य की आधारशिला रखीं।
केन्द्रीय सड़क, परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने कहा कि हिमाचल प्रदेश वास्तव में देश का सबसे सुन्दर राज्य है। उन्होंने कहा कि किसी भी देश के समग्र विकास के लिए सड़कें अति-आवश्यक होती हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि पर्यटन राज्य होने के कारण हिमाचल प्रदेश में पर्यटन विकास के लिए भी सड़कें बहुत महत्वपूर्ण हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि आगामी दो वर्षों में दिल्ली से कुल्लू तक यात्रा समय घटकर सात घंटे रह जाएगा, जिससे प्रदेश में पर्यटन विकास को बढ़ावा मिलेगा। उन्होंने विश्वास दिलाया कि जिन सड़कों का आज उन्होंने शिलान्यास किया है उन्हें निर्धारित समय में पूर्ण किया जाएगा।
नितिन गडकरी ने कहा कि हिमाचल प्रदेश को इस वर्ष 15 हजार करोड़ रुपये की सड़क परियोजनाएं प्रदान की जाएंगी। उन्होंने कहा कि 40 किलोमीटर लम्बी लेफ्ट बैंक मनाली सड़क की विस्तृत परियोजना रिपोर्ट को अति शीघ्र तैयार कर ली जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि केन्द्र सरकार परिवहन के वैकल्पिक साधनों, जैसे केबल कार इत्यादि के निर्माण के अलावा राज्य में सड़क सम्पर्क को सुदृढ़ करने के लिए राज्य सरकार को हर सम्भव सहायता प्रदान करेगी।
मुख्यमंत्री जय राम ठाकुर ने कहा कि पहाड़ी राज्य होने के कारण सड़कें प्रदेश मेंयातायात का एक मात्र साधन हैं, इसलिए सड़क सम्पर्क सुदृढ़ बनाना राजनीतिक नेतृत्व और आम जनता का महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दा है। उन्होंने कहा कि 50 वर्ष पूर्व भी राज्य के पहले मुख्यमंत्री डाॅ. वाई.एस. परमार ने राज्य की विकासात्मक प्राथमिकताओं को तीन शब्दांे सड़क, सड़क और सड़क में परिभाषित किया था।
उन्होंने कहा कि आज प्रदेश में लगभग 40 हजार किलोमीटर लम्बी सड़कें हैं, लेकिन पहाड़ी राज्य होने के कारण अभी भी बहुत कुछ करना शेष है। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में पर्यटकों को आमंत्रित और आकर्षित करने के लिए बेहतर सड़क सुविधा होना अत्यन्त आवश्यक है।
जय राम ठाकुर ने राज्य के लिए 6155 करोड़ रुपये लागत की सड़क परियोजनाओं की आधारशिलाएं रखने और समर्पित करने के लिए केन्द्रीय मंत्री का आभार व्यक्त किया। उन्होंने कहा कि वर्तमान में राज्य सरकार ने केन्द्र से गत लगभग साढ़े तीन वर्षों में प्रदेश के लिए 997 परियोजनाएं स्वीकृत करने में सफलता हासिल की है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस अवधि के दौरान भाजपा सरकार ने पूर्व कांग्रेस सरकार द्वारा 261 गांवों को सड़क सुविधा प्रदान करने की तुलना में 305 गांवों को सड़क सुविधा से जोड़ा है। उन्होंने कहा कि पूर्व कांग्रेस सरकार ने अपने कार्यकाल के दौरान इतनी अवधि में केवल 145 पुलों और 1585 किलोमीटर सड़का का निर्माण किया था, जबकि वर्तमान सरकार ने इस अवधि के दौरान 216 पुलों और 2951 किलोमीटर सड़कांे का निर्माण किया है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने केन्द्रीय मंत्री से मनाली शहर के लिए लेफ्ट बैंक सड़क की डब्बल लेनिंग और भूबो जोत टनल के निर्माण का आग्रह किया। उन्होंने कहा कि देश भाग्यशाली है कि केन्द्र में नितिन गडकरी जैसे दूरदर्शी नेता हैं, जिन्हें प्रतिबद्धता और नवाचार के लिए जाना जाता है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी की परिकल्पना है, जिसके कारण राज्य की सड़क अधोसंरचना सुदृढ़ हो पाई है।
केन्द्रीय सड़क, परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग राज्य मंत्री जनरल वी.के. सिंह ने कहा कि राज्य में 2000 करोड़ रुपये लागत की सड़क परियोजनओं के कार्य पूर्ण हो चुके हैं और 7000 करोड़ रुपये लागत की सड़क परियोजनाओं का कार्य प्रगति पर है। उन्होंने कहा कि हिमाचल प्रदेश की पूर्ण राज्यत्व के स्वर्ण जयंती वर्ष के दौरान राज्य उल्लेखनीय प्रगति करेगा और देश का माॅडल राज्य बन कर उभरेगा।
केन्द्रीय वित्त एवं कारपोरेट मामले राज्य मंत्री अनुराग सिंह ठाकुर ने दिल्ली से वर्चुअल माध्यम से संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि देश ने सड़क अधोसंरचना विकास में अभूतपूर्व प्रगति की है। उन्होंने कहा कि केन्द्रीय मंत्री राज्य में सड़क सम्पर्क को सुदृढ़ करने के लिए प्रदेश को अवश्य ही परियोजनाएं प्रदान करेंगे।
शिक्षा मंत्री गोविंद सिंह ठाकुर ने इस अवसर पर केंद्रीय मंत्री, मुख्यमंत्री और अन्य गणमान्य व्यक्यिों का स्वागत किया। उन्होंने राज्य के लिए करोड़ों रुपये लागत की सड़क परियोजनाएं समर्पित करने के लिए केंद्रीय मंत्री का आभार व्यक्त किया।
इस अवसर पर प्रस्तावित 8 नई सड़क परियोजनाओं और परवाणु-सोलन फोरलेन सेक्शन पर बनाई गई एक लघु फिल्म भी प्रदर्शित की गई।
इस अवसर पर तकनीकी शिक्षा एवं जनजातीय विकास मंत्री डाॅ. राम लाल मारकण्डा, सांसद किशन कपूर और इंदु गोस्वामी, विधायक सुरेंद्र शौरी, किशोरी लाल, जवाहर ठाकुर, बलबीर वर्मा और राजेश ठाकुर, पूर्व सांसद महेश्वर सिंह ठाकुर, अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव राम सुभग सिंह और जे.सी. शर्मा, पुलिस महानिदेशक संजय कुंडू, प्रधान सचिव लोक निर्माण शुभाशीष पांडा और राष्ट्रीय उच्चमार्ग प्राधिकरण के अधिकारी भी उपस्थित थे, जबकि सांसद व प्रदेश भाजपा अध्यक्ष सुरेश कश्यप, सांसद, विधायक, प्रदेश भाजपा के पदाधिकारी कार्यक्रम में वर्चुअली माध्यम से शामिल हुए।
