भ्र्ष्टाचार के आरोप में पूर्व स्वास्थ्य निदेशक अजय कुमार गुप्ता की जमानत रद्द, 4 फ़रवरी तक रहेंगे पुलिस रिमांड में
भ्रष्टाचार के आरोप में पूर्व स्वास्थ्य निदेशक अजय कुमार गुप्ता को आज शिमला पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया । उनके खिलाफ लगे भ्रष्टाचार के आरोपों की छानबीन विशेष जांच दल द्वारा की जा रही है । प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा उनकी जमानत रद्द होने के बाद अजय गुप्ता ने खुद को न्यायालय के समक्ष समर्पण कर दिया । पूर्व निदेशक अजय गुप्ता के ऊपर बतौर निदेशक एबीजी मशीनों की खरीद के लिए 4 लाख 25 हज़ार रुपये की रिश्वत लेने के आरोप हैं जिसकी बाकायदा उस समय एक ऑडियो रेकॉर्डिंग वायरल हुई थी । पूर्व सरकार में इस मामले के सामने आने के बाद उन्हें निलंबित कर दिया गया था । अजय गुप्ता 4 फरवरी तक पुलिस रिमांड पर रहेंगे ।
