मुख्यमंत्री ने कोविड-19 की स्थिति पर उपायुक्तों, पुलिस अधीक्षकों और मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारियों से की चर्चा -तत्काल प्रभाव से कदम उठाने के दिए निर्देश
मुख्यमंत्री जय राम ठाकुर ने राज्य में कोविड-19 महामारी की स्थिति को लेकर आज वीडियो कान्फ्रेंस के माध्यम से उपायुक्तों, पुलिस अधीक्षकों और मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारियों के साथ चर्चा की। उन्होंने कुछ जिलों में कोविड के मामलों में अचानक वृद्धि होने पर चिन्ता व्यक्त करते हुए तत्काल प्रभाव से प्रभावी कदम उठाने के निर्देश दिए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में टीकाकरण में तेजी लाई जाए क्योंकि केन्द्र सरकार ने प्रदेश के लिए कोविड-19 की 1.80 लाख और खुराकें स्वीकृत की हैं जो आगामी दो दिनों में यहां पहुंच जाएंगी। उन्होेंने यह सुनिश्चित बनाने के भी निर्देश दिए कि लोग फेस मास्क और हैंड सेनेटाईजर का नियमित रूप से प्रयोग करें। इसके अतिरिक्त घरों में आइसोलेशन में रखे गए लोगों के लिए भी सभी मापदण्डों का पालन अनिवार्य बनाया जाए।
उन्होंने कहा कि कोरोना वायरस के मामलों पता लगाने पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए। दुकानदारों और अन्य व्यावसायिक संस्थानों को मास्क नहीं तो सेवा नहीं की रणनीति अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित किया जाना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में सभी अधिकारिक मेलों का आयोजन नहीं होगा ताकि कोरोना वायरस को फैलने से रोका जा सके हालांकि जो मेले चल रहे हैं वो जारी रहेंगे लेकिन मानक संचालन प्रणाली को अपनाते हुए सभी एहतियाती कदम उठाए जाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि सभी प्रकार के सामाजिक समारोहों में घरों के अन्दर और बाहर केवल 50 प्रतिशत और अधिकतम 200 लोगों को शामिल होने की अनुमति होगी।
जय राम ठाकुर ने कहा कि सभी फील्ड अधिकारियों को इस महामारी की रोकथाम के लिए अपनाए जाने वाले विभिन्न कदमों की जानकारी है इसलिए उन्हें यह निश्चित करना चाहिए कि ऐसे सभी सामाजिक समारोहों पर प्रतिबन्ध हो जहां लोग उचित परस्पर दूरी बनाकर नहीं रख रहे हों। उन्होंने परीक्षणों, वायरस प्रभावित लोगों का पता लगाने और उपचार (टेस्ट, टेªस व ट्रीट) की रणनीति प्रभावी रूप से क्रियान्वित करने पर बल दिया। इसके अतिरिक्त आरटीसीपीआर परीक्षणों को बढ़ाया जाना चाहिए और कंटेन्मेंट जोन की पद्वति को कड़ाई के साथ लागू किया जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जिन क्षेत्रों में कोविड-19 के मामले तेजी से बढ़े हैं वहां लोगों के टीकाकरण पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए। लोगों को दवाई भी, कड़ाई भी की रणनीति अपनाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाना चाहिए। इसके अलावा सूचना, शिक्षा और प्रचार पर भी ध्यान दिया जाए ताकि इस महामारी के संक्रमण को फैलने से रोकने के लिए लोगों को सरकार की मदद करने के लिए प्रेरित किया जा सके।
मुख्य सचिव अनिल खाची ने उपायुक्तों को निर्देश दिए कि बाजारों, धार्मिक स्थलों और सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर साफ-सफाई का समुचित ध्यान रखा जाए।
प्रदेश पुलिस महानिदेशक संजय कुण्डू ने कहा कि फेस मास्क के उपयोग और मानक संचालन प्रणाली के अन्तर्गत अन्य उपायों को नहीं अपनाने वाले लोगों के विरूद्ध कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
उपायुक्तों ने अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में कोविड-19 की स्थिति के बारे में मुख्यमंत्री को अवगत करवाया।
शहरी विकास मंत्री सुरेश भारद्वाज, अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव आरडी धीमान एवं जे.सी. शर्मा, स्वास्थ्य सचिव अमिताभ अवस्थी, निदेशक सूचना एवं जन सम्पर्क विभाग हरबंस सिंह ब्रसकोन भी बैठक में उपस्थित थे।
