कांग्रेस ने राज्य सरकार पर बागवानों की उपेक्षा का लगाया आरोप,सेब पर आयात शुल्क बढ़ाने का प्रस्ताव न किये जाने को बताया दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण
कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष कुलदीप सिंह राठौर ने भाजपा सरकार पर प्रदेश के बागवानों की उपेक्षा का आरोप लगाते हुए कहा है कि सरकार बागवानों के हितों को पूरी तरह नजरअंदाज कर रही है।उन्होंने कहा है कि विदेशों से आयात होने वाले सेब की बजह से प्रदेश में पांच हजार करोड़ की सेब आर्थिकी पर विपरीत असर पड़ रहा है। सरकार सेब पर से आयात शुल्क बढ़ाने के अपने वायदे से पीछे हट रही है।
कुलदीप राठौर ने आज एक बयान में केंद्रीय बजट में सेब पर आयात शुल्क बढ़ाने का प्रस्ताव न किये जाने को दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण बताते हुए कहा कि जबकि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने प्रदेश के बागवानों की चिंताओं को देखते हुए विदेशों से आयात होने वाले सेब पर आयात शुल्क बढ़ाने का भरोसा दिया था,वह इस बार भी केंद्रीय बजट में पूरी तरह दरकिनार कर दिया गया है।उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में पैदा होने वाले उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले सेब को उसका उचित भाव न मिलने के कारण बागवानों को पहले ही भारी आर्थिक नुकसान झेलना पड़ रहा है ऊपर से विदेशों से भारी मात्रा में आने वाला सेब बाजार में इसके भाव को प्रभावित करता रहा है।
राठौर ने प्रदेश की भाजपा सरकार से बागवानों के हितों की रक्षा के लिए केंद्र सरकार के समक्ष बागवानों की चिंताओं की प्रभावी ढंग से पैरवी करने का आग्रह करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री जयराम ठाकुर से प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के बागवानों से किये वायदे को याद दिलाने व विदेशों से आने वाले सेब पर शत प्रतिशत आयात शुल्क लगाने की मांग की है।उन्होंने कहा है कि प्रदेश में सेब बागवानी का एक बहुत बड़ा क्षेत्र है जिसमें प्रदेश की आधे से ज्यादा आबादी सीधे तौर पर प्रत्यक्ष जुड़ी है और हजारों की संख्या में अन्य लोग इस कारोबार से जुड़े है।
राठौर ने एचपीएमसी और हिमफेड में सेब बागवानों के बकाया भुगतान को भी जल्द जारी करने की मांग सरकार से की है।उन्होंने कहा है कि उर्वरकों पर भी सब्सिडी बहाल की जानी चाहिए।उन्होंने बागवानी व कृषि उपकरणों की खरीद पर सब्सिडी देने की बकालत करते हुए कहा है कि प्रदेश में बागवानी और कृषि को बढ़वा देने के लिये कोई प्रोत्साहन योजना शुरू की जानी चाहिए,जिससे प्रदेश में बढ़ती बेरोजगारी से कुछ राहत मिल सके।
