डिफेंस कर्मचारियों के समर्थन में उतरा सीटू,प्रदर्शन कर जिलाधीशों के माध्यम से राष्ट्रपति को भेजे ज्ञापन
सीटू के अखिल भारतीय आह्वान पर सीटू राज्य कमेटी हिमाचल प्रदेश ने आवश्यक रक्षा सेवा अधिनियम,सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों व विशेष तौर पर आयुद्ध कारखानों के रक्षा उत्पादन के धड़ाधड़ निजीकरण के विरुद्ध तथा डिफेंस कर्मचारियों के साथ एकजुटता प्रकट करने के लिए प्रदेशव्यापी प्रदर्शन किए। इस दौरान जिलाधीशों के माध्यम से भारत के राष्ट्रपति को डिफेंस कर्मचारियों की मांगों के समर्थन में ज्ञापन प्रेषित किये।
सीटू प्रदेशाध्यक्ष विजेंद्र मेहरा व महासचिव प्रेम गौतम ने कहा है कि केंद्र की मोदी सरकार निगमीकरण की प्रक्रिया के ज़रिए आयुद्ध कारखानों के धड़ाधड़ निजीकरण की ओर बढ़ रही है। यह देश की आंतरिक व बाह्य दोनों तरह की सुरक्षा के दृष्टिकोण से बेहद खतरनाक कदम है। इस से कर्मचारियों के भविष्य पर भी गम्भीर प्रश्न चिन्ह खड़े हो रहे हैं। यह कदम जहां एक तरफ देश विरोधी है वहीं दूसरी ओर कर्मचारी विरोधी भी है। यह सब केवल और केवल पूंजीपतियों की मुनाफाखोरी को बढाने के दृष्टिकोण से हो रहा है। सरकार का यह कदम रक्षा क्षेत्र की कर्मचारी फेडरेशनों को अक्तूबर 2020 में केंद्र सरकार द्वारा दिए गए आश्वासन के विरुद्ध है। केंद्र सरकार की मनमानी के खिलाफ जब देश की पांच डिफेंस एम्प्लॉयीज फेडरेशनों ने हड़ताल का आह्वान किया तो आंदोलन को कुचलने के लिए सरकार ने बेहद खतरनाक आवश्यक रक्षा सेवा अधिनियम के ज़रिए हड़ताल व लोकतांत्रिक प्रणाली से होने वाले सभी तरह के प्रदर्शनों को प्रतिबंधित करने का फरमान जारी कर दिया। इस से न केवल रक्षा उत्पादन क्षेत्र ही प्रभावित होगा अपितु इसके पूर्ण ट्रेड यूनियन आंदोलन के लिए गम्भीर परिणाम होंगे।
उन्होंने मांग की है कि कर्मचारी व ट्रेड यूनियन विरोधी आवश्यक रक्षा सेवा अधिनियम को तत्काल निरस्त किया जा सके। उन्होंने सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों व विशेष तौर पर आयुद्ध कारखानों के रक्षा उत्पादन के धड़ाधड़ निजीकरण पर तुरन्त रोक लगाने की मांग की है।About The Author
