7 मई से 16 मई तक प्रदेश भर में कोरोना कर्फ़्यू- सभी सरकारी और निजी कार्यालय एवं संस्थान रहेंगे बंद
मुख्यमंत्री जय राम ठाकुर की अध्यक्षता में आज यहां आयोजित राज्य मंत्रिमण्डल की बैठक में प्रदेश में कोविड-19 की स्थिति की समीक्षा की और इस महामारी के मामलों में हो रही बढ़ोतरी पर चिंता व्यक्त की गई। इसके दृष्टिगत वायरस की चेन तोड़ने के लिए मंत्रिमण्डल ने राज्य में 7 मई, 2021 से 16 मई, 2021 मध्य रात्रि तक कोरोना कफ्र्यू लगाने का निर्णय लिया। इस अवधि के दौरान सभी सरकारी और निजी कार्यालय एवं संस्थान बंद रहेंगे। यह भी निर्णय लिया गया है कि स्वास्थ्य, बिजली, दूरसंचार, जलापूर्ति, स्वच्छता इत्यादि सभी आवश्यक सेवाएं जारी रहेंगी।
मंत्रिमण्डल ने निर्णय लिया कि नागरिक कार्य स्थलों, बागवानी एवं कृषि स्थलों और अन्य परियोजना स्थलों पर कार्य जारी रहेंगे। राज्य में शिक्षण संस्थान 31 मई, 2021 तक बंद रहेंगे। सभी सरकारी और निजी परिवहन सेवाएं 50 प्रतिशत क्षमता के साथ परिचालित होंगी और अन्तरराज्जीय परिवहन सेवा भी जारी रहेगी। वहीं, औद्योगिक संस्थान राज्य सरकार द्वारा जारी दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुसार कार्य करेंगे।
ं राज्य में कोविड-19 मामलों में तेजी से हुई वृद्धि के दृष्टिगत हिमाचल प्रदेश स्कूल शिक्षा बोर्ड की दसवीं की परीक्षाएं रद्द करने का निर्णय लिया गया है। सीबीएसई द्वारा दसवीं कक्षा के अपने विद्यार्थियों को स्तरोन्नत करने के लिए सुझाए गए मानकों के आधार पर राज्य स्कूल शिक्षा बोर्ड भी इन सभी विद्यार्थियों को 11वीं कक्षा में प्रमोट करेगा। यह निर्णय भी लिया गया है कि बोर्ड की 12वीं कक्षा की परीक्षाएं और महाविद्यालयों की वार्षिक परीक्षाएं आगामी आदेशों तक निलम्बित रहेंगी।
राजस्व संग्रहण, जो प्रदेश के राजस्व का एक प्रमुख साधन है, से संबंधित कार्यों में आबकारी एवं कराधान विभाग की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका को ध्यान में रखते हुए और प्रदेश में विभिन्न कर कानूनों के बेहतर प्रबंधन एवं विनियमन के लिए बैठक में आबकारी एवं कराधान विभाग में अधिकारियों के वर्तमान पदों के स्थान पर विशेष एवं समर्पित हिमाचल प्रदेश राजस्व (राज्य कर एवं आबकारी) सेवा सृजित करने का निर्णय लिया गया।
मंत्रिमण्डल ने क्षेत्रीय अस्पताल ऊना को 300 बिस्तरों वाले क्षेत्रीय अस्पताल के रूप में स्तरोन्नत करने को स्वीकृति प्रदान की ताकि लोगों को और बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं उपलब्ध करवाई जा सकें। अस्पताल के लिए विभिन्न श्रेणियों के 76 पद सृजित करने को भी मंजूरी प्रदान की गई।
बैठक में मण्डी जिला के धर्मपुर में आवश्यक पदों सहित नया जल शक्ति वृत्त सृजित करने का निर्णय लिया गया।
ऊना जिले के कुटलैहड विधानसभा क्षेत्र के अन्तर्गत थानाकलां में नया जल शक्ति मण्डल खोलने को भी स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई। इसके अलावा, जल शक्ति उप-मण्डल नम्बर-2 ऊना के बेहतर प्रशासनिक संचालन के लिए वर्तमान स्टाफ व अधोसंरचना को बसाल स्थानांतरित करने का भी फैसला लिया गया। .0.
