राज्य में COVID-19 की वर्तमान स्थिति को ध्यान में रखते हुए और कोरोना की सकारात्मकता दर व अस्पताल में भर्ती होने में क्रमिक कमी को दर्शाता देखते हुए राज्य सरकार ने सभी प्रतिबंध खत्म करने का निर्णय लिया है । प्रदेश में 17 फरवरी से कोविड-19 प्रोटोकॉल का पालन करते हुए सभी शैक्षणिक संस्थानों को खोलने सहित सिनेमा हॉल / मल्टीप्लेक्स, स्टेडियम और स्विमिंग पूल को सख्त पालन के साथ कार्य करने की अनुमति है। विकलांग व्यक्तियों और गर्भवती महिला कर्मचारियों के लिए भी कोई छूट नहीं होगी और उन्हें नियमित रूप से अपने कार्यालयों में उपस्थित होना होगा । वहीं धार्मिक लंगर पर कोई प्रतिबंध नहीं होगा साथ ही सभी सामाजिक/धार्मिक/सांस्कृतिक/राजनीतिक और विवाह सहित अन्य सभाओं को इनडोर निर्मित/आच्छादित क्षेत्रों के साथ-साथ खुले स्थानों/बाहरी क्षेत्रों में 50% तक की क्षमता के साथ अनुमति है। इन सभाओं के दौरान COVID-19 के उपयुक्त व्यवहार और सुरक्षा प्रोटोकॉल का कड़ाई से पालन किया जाएगा। सरकार के सभी विभागों और संगठनों, जिलाधिकारियों, पुलिस अधिकारियों / अधिकारियों और राज्य के स्थानीय प्राधिकरणों को निर्देश दिया गया है कि वे एसईसी के निर्देशों का कड़ाई से अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करें ।
इन उपायों का उल्लंघन करने वाले और COVID उपयुक्त व्यवहार का पालन नहीं करने वाले किसी भी व्यक्ति के खिलाफ भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 188 के तहत कानूनी कार्रवाई करने के अलावा, आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम, 2005 की धारा 51-60 के प्रावधान के तहत कार्रवाई के लिए उत्तरदायी होगा। यह आदेश तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू होगा ।
