शहरी विकास एवं नगर नियोजन मंत्री सुरेश भारद्वाज और सूचना एवं प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्री डाॅ. रामलाल मारकण्डा ने कहा कि राज्य में कोविड-19 मामलों की संख्या में तेजी से हो रही वृद्धि के दृष्टिगत वायरस को फैलने से रोकने के लिए राज्य सरकार ने कोरोना क्फ्र्यू लगाया है। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ने इस महामारी को फैलने से रोकने के लिए हर सम्भव कदम उठाए हैं। इसके अलावा राज्य सरकार यह भी सुनिश्चित कर रही है कि प्रदेश के लोगों के साथ-साथ देश के अन्य क्षेत्रों से राज्य में आने वाले लोगों को कोरोना क्फ्र्यू के कारण किसी प्रकार की कोई असुविधा न हो।
श्री भारद्वाज और डाॅ. मारकण्डा ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ने कुछ शर्तों के साथ देश के अन्य क्षेत्रों से राज्य में आने वाले लोगों को आवाजाही की अनुमति दी है लेकिन साथ ही राज्य में आवागमन करने वालों का उचित रिकाॅर्ड बनाए रखना भी सुनिश्चित कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि इसके लिए राज्य सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग ने एक साॅफ्टवेयर विकसित किया है ताकि राज्य में आने वाले लोगों को कोविड ई-पास प्रदान किया जा सके। उन्होंने कहा कि इसके लिए बाहर से आने वाले लोगों को साॅफ्टवेयर में अपना नाम और पता पंजीकृत करना होता है ताकि उनके यात्रा इतिहास की जानकारी मिल सके।
मंत्रियों ने कहा कि यह दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है कि कुछ शरारती तत्व अकारण ही कोविड ई-पास के लिए आवेदन करते समय फर्जी नाम और पते प्रस्तुत कर रहे हैं जो गैर कानूनी है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस सेवा का उद्देश्य राज्य में आने वाले लोगों को बिना किसी परेशानी से प्रवेश प्रदान करना है और साथ ही राज्य के लोगों की सुरक्षा भी सुनिश्चित करना है। भारद्वाज और डा. मारकण्डा ने कहा कि यह अति दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है कि आज जब पूरा विश्व कोरोना महामारी से एकजुट होकर लड़ रहा है, वहीं कुछ लोग तुच्छ हरकतों में व्यस्त हैं, जो न केवल गैर कानूनी व अवैध है, बल्कि लोगों की सुरक्षा के भी खिलाफ है।
मंत्रियों ने प्रदेशवासियों से राज्य सरकार का पूर्ण सहयोग करने और प्रदेश के हित के लिए उचित और सही जानकारी प्रदान करने का आग्रह किया।
