राज्य सरकार प्रदेश के कर्मचारियों के कल्याण के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है और कर्मचारियों की उचित मांगों को समय-समय पर पूरा किया गया है। यह बात मुख्यमंत्री जय राम ठाकुर ने आज आॅकओवर में अध्यक्ष अश्वनी ठाकुर के नेतृत्व में भेंट करने आए हिमाचल प्रदेश अराजपत्रित कर्मचारी संघ के प्रतिनिधिमंडल को संबोधित करते हुए कही।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि कर्मचारी किसी भी सरकार की रीढ़ होते हैं और प्रदेश सरकार की नीतियों तथा कार्यक्रमों के प्रभावी क्रियान्वन में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि कर्मचारी किसी भी सरकार के स्तंभ होते हैं जिनके कंधों पर सरकार की नीतियां कार्यान्वित करने का दायित्व होता है।
जय राम ठाकुर ने कहा कि कर्मचारियों ने प्रदेश में कोविड-19 के प्रभावी प्रबन्धन में अहम भूमिका निभाई हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि कोरोना महामारी के बावजूद, राज्य सरकार ने सुनिश्चित किया है कि कर्मचारियों को देय भत्ते समय-समय पर मिलते रहें। उन्होंने कोरोना महामारी के संकट के दौरान भी राज्य सरकार के साथ खड़े रहने के लिए प्रदेश के कर्मचारियों का आभार व्यक्त किया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार शीघ्र ही कर्मचारियों के साथ बैठक आयोजित करेगी ताकि उन्हें सरकार के साथ अपने मुद्दे उठाने का अवसर मिल सके। उन्होंने संघ को आश्वासन दिया कि राज्य सरकार कर्मचारियों के उचित मुद्दों का सौहार्दपूर्ण तरीके से निवारण करने का प्रयास करेगी, क्योंकि सरकार कर्मचारियों के साथ सौहार्दपूर्ण संबंध बनाए रखना चाहती है।
जय राम ठाकुर ने कर्मचारियों से निष्ठा और प्रतिबद्धता से कार्य करने का आग्रह किया ताकि हिमाचल प्रदेश को देश का आदर्श राज्य बनाया जा सके। उन्होंने संघ के सदस्यों को आश्वासन दिया कि कर्मचारियों के हितों को सुरक्षित किया जाएगा क्योंकि वे सरकार का अहम हिस्सा हैं।
हिमाचल प्रदेश अराजपत्रित कर्मचारी संघ के अध्यक्ष अश्वनी ठाकुर ने मुख्यमंत्री को आश्वासन दिया कि राज्य में सम्पूर्ण एवं संतुलित विकास सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कर्मचारियों द्वारा उन्हें पूरा सहयोग प्रदान किया जाएगा। उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री से जेसीसी की बैठक को बुलाने का भी आग्रह किया ताकि कर्मचारी अपने विभिन्न मुद्दे एवं मांगें सरकार के समक्ष रख सकें।
