कांग्रेस ने भाजपा पर लगाए तुष्टिकरण की राजनीति और जनता को गुमराह करने के आरोप, पार्टी अध्यक्ष राठौर ने कहा कांग्रेस पार्टी जनहित के मुददों को लेकर जा रही है चुनाव में

प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष कुलदीप सिंह राठौर ने शिमला में पत्रकार वार्ता को सम्बोधित करते हुये कहा कि कांग्रेस पार्टी मण्डी लोकसभा समेत फतेहपुर, अर्की एवं जुब्बल-कोटखाई चारों सीटों पर विजयी होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि पार्टी के सभी नेता व कार्यकर्ता एकजुटता के साथ अपने अपने क्षेत्रों में कांग्रेस प्रत्याशियों के लिए चुनाव प्रचार में डटे हुये हैं।
प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि अखिल भारतीय कांग्रेस कार्यसमिति के सदस्य व हिमाचल प्रदेश के प्रभारी राजीव शुक्ला उपचुनावों के दृष्टिगत प्रदेश का प्रवास कर चुके है और प्रभारी सचिव संजय दत्त हिमाचल प्रदेश में हो रहे उपचुनावों वाले क्षेत्रों में निरन्तर दौरा कर कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ संवाद स्थापित कर रहे हैं।
कुलदीप सिंह राठौर ने भाजपा पर प्रहार करते हुये कहा कि भाजपा चुनाव में मुददा विहीन प्रचार कर रही है और जनता से जुड़े विषयों से भाजपा कोसों दूर है। भाजपा नेता विपक्ष पर बेबुनियाद आरोप लगाकर लोगों को गुमराह करने का काम कर रही है।
भाजपा को चुनौती देते हुये राठौर ने कहा कि भाजपा हिमाचल प्रदेश में अपने चार वर्षों के कार्यकाल में किये गये विकास कार्यों का विवरण जनता के सामने रखें और विधान सभा चुनावें के समय भाजपा के दृष्टिपत्र में किये गये वायदों में से कितने पुरे हुये हैं उसका हिसाब जनता को दें। उन्होने कहा कि भाजपा का चाल, चेहरा और चरित्र इन चुनावों में साफ हो गया है कि लोगों को गुमराह करने के सिवाय भाजपा के पास कोई नीति नहीं है।
कंग्रेस अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि आज प्रदेश में मंहगाई चरम पर है। खाद्य वस्तुओं के दाम इतने बढ़ गये है कि गरीब व मध्यम वर्ग के लोगों का जीना मुश्किल हो चुका है। रसोई गैस के दाम एक हजार का आंकड़ा पार चुके हैं, पैटोªल व डीजल के दाम नियमित बढ़ रहे हैं बेरोजगारी में हिमाचल देश में तीसरे स्थान पर आ गया है, निर्माण सामाग्री के दाम आसमां छू रहे है। उन्होने कहा कि आज प्रदेश में नशे का कारोबार ग्रामीण क्ष्ेत्रों तक पांव पसार चुका है, कानूव व्यवस्था का बुरा हाल है, परन्तु भाजपा तुष्टिकरण की राजनीति कर अपनी पीठ थपथपा रही है।
राठौर ने कहा कि भाजपा सरकार की लचर कार्यप्रणाली की वजह से हिमाचल में उद्योग पलायन के कगार पर है, छोटे उद्योग बंद होने के कगार पर है। उन्होने कहा कि सरकार स्पष्ट करे कि धर्मशाला में हुई इन्वेस्टर मीट के बाद प्रदेश में कितने औद्योगिक घरानो ने रुचि दिखाई है।
हिमाचल में बड़ती बेरोजगारी पर प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि आज हिमाचल का युवा रोजगार के लिये दर दर की ठाकरे खा रहा है जबकि राज्य सरकार बाहरी राज्यों के लोगों को रोजगार दे रही है। उन्होने आरोप लगाया कि भाजपा सरकार उन बाहरी राज्यों के लोगों को रोजगार दे रही है जहां पर भाजपा की सरकारें हैं।
कुलदीप सिंह राठौर ने कहा कि वेक्सिनेशन के नाम पर भाजपा सरकार जनता के धन का दुरुपयोग कर रही है। करोड़ों रुपये प्रचार माध्यमों पर खर्चे जा रहे है जो कि जनता के धन का दुरुपयोग है। उन्होने कहा कि भाजपा प्रचार करने वाली सरकार है जबकि इससे पूर्व में रही कांगग्रेस की सरकारों ने कभी भी अपनी उपलब्धियों पर जनता के पैसों का दुरुपयोग नहीं किया।
किसानों व बागवानों की उपेक्षा पर कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि भाजपा सरकार ने हमेशा ही इनका शोषण किया है। आज लगभग एक वर्ष का समय होने जा रहा है जब किसान अपनी मांगों को लेकर सड़को पर बैठे हैं परन्तु सरकार कोई गम्भीरता नहीं दिखा रही है। सरकार के मंत्री किसान आदोनल को कुचलने की धमकिया दे कर उनकी हत्या करवा रहे है।
कुलदीप राठौर ने कहा कि आज देश में लोकतंत्र खतरे में है और सरकार विपक्ष की आवाज दबाने का प्रयास कर रही है। उन्होने कहा कि आज हिमाचल प्रदेश की जनता भाजपा के प्रति मुखर हो चुकी है और लोग इन चुनावों में भाजपा को करारा जवाब देने का मन बना चुकी है।
प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि कांग्रेस पार्टी दन उन चुनावों में मंहगाई, बढ़ती बेरोजगारी, बिगड़ती हुई कानून व्यवस्था, किसानों व बागवानों का शोषण, अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों की प्रताड़ता जैसे महत्वपूर्ण विषयों को लेकर जनता के बीच जा रही है और मतदाताओं से उन्हें भारी समर्थन मिल रहा है। प्रदेश की जनता भाजपा के कुशासन से तंग आचुकी है और उसे चलता करने का मन बना चुकी है।
राठौर ने कहा हिमाचल प्रदेश को बनाने में कांगेस पार्टी का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान रहा है। जहां प्रथम मुख्यमंत्री स्व0 यशवंत सिंह परमार को हिमाचल निर्माता कहा जाता है वहीं स्व0 वीरभद्र सिंह को आधुनिक विकसित हिमाचल को सवारने का श्रेय जाता है। उन्होने कहा कि कांग्रेस पार्टी को विकास और वीरभद्र सिंह के नाम पर वोट मांगने में कोई गुरेज नही है क्योंकि यह उनका अधिकार है और वीरभद्र सिंह कांगेस पार्टी की धरोहर है।
