कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष कुलदीप सिंह राठौर ने केंद्रीय बजट में हिमाचल प्रदेश को उपेक्षा का आरोप लगाते हुए कहा है कि केंद्र सरकार प्रदेश के साथ बड़ा अन्याय कर रही है।उन्होंने आरोप लगाया है कि यह बजट उन राज्यों को देख कर बनाया गया है जहां इस साल चुनाव होने वाले है जिससे उन्हें चुनावों में इसका कोई राजनैतिक लाभ मिल सकें।
राठौर ने केंद्रीय बजट पर अपनी प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए कहा है कि जबकि भाजपा के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष हिमाचल से है और केंद्रीय राज्य वित्त मंत्री भी प्रदेश से संबद्ध रखते है ऐसे में प्रदेश के लिए किसी भी नई योजना को न देना बहुत ही दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है।उन्होंने कहा कि पिछले बजट में प्रदेश में रेल व राष्ट्रीय राजमार्गों के विस्तार की जो बात कही गई थी,इसबार उनका इस बजट में लेश मात्र भी उल्लेख नही है।
राठौर ने कहा है कि प्रदेश दिनों दिन कर्जो के बोझ से दबता जा रहा है।कोरोना की बजह से प्रदेश में पर्यटन के साथ साथ सूक्ष्म लघु उद्योग पर व्यापक विपरीत असर पड़ा है।सरकार ने इनके विकास के लिए भी कोई प्रोत्साहन नही दिया है।प्रदेश सरकार केंद्र से कोई भी आर्थिक मदद नही ले पाई है।उन्होंने कहा कि उन्हें उम्मीद थी कि इस बार केंद्र प्रदेश को कोई बड़ी राहत देते हुए प्रदेश के किसानों, बागवानों को प्रोत्साहित करेगी,पर ऐसा कुछ नही हुआ।रेल बजट ने भी प्रदेश को भारी निराश किया है।
राठौर ने बजट को निराशा व्यक्त करते हुए कहा है कि यह महज आंकड़ों का मायाजाल बुनकर अपनी नाकामियां छुपाने का असफल प्रयास किया गया है।उन्होंने कहा है कि इस बजट से देश मे महंगाई व बेरोजगारी बढ़ेगी।बजट में आम लोगों को भी कोई राहत नही है।बजट पूरी तरह दिशाहीन है व नकारा है।
