मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रदेश में कोरोना से बढ़ती मृत्यु दर पर जताई चिंता – कोविड-19 रोगियों के स्वास्थ्य मापदंडों की नियमित निगरानी सुनिश्चित करने के स्वास्थ्य विभाग को दिए निर्देश
मुख्यमंत्री जय राम ठाकुर ने प्रदेश में कोविड-19 के कारण मृत्यु दर में हो रही वृद्धि पर चिन्ता व्यक्त करते हुए स्वास्थ्य विभाग को रोगियों को हर संभव उपचार तथा जीवन रक्षक उपकरण सुनिश्चित करने के लिए और अधिक प्रभावी तंत्र विकसित करने के निर्देश दिए। वे आज यहां वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से इन्दिरा गांधी चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय शिमला, डाॅ. राजेन्द्र प्रसाद राजकीय चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय टांडा और श्री लाल बहादुर शास्त्री चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय नेरचैक, मण्डी के प्रधानाचार्यों तथा राज्य सरकार के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के साथ आयोजित बैठक की अध्यक्षता कर रहे थे।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि रोगियों की स्थिति पर निरन्तर निगरानी सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कोविड वार्डों में बेहतर रोगी प्रबन्धन तंत्र विकसित किया जाना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि न केवल डाॅक्टरों व अन्य पैरामेडिकल कर्मियों को कोविड रोगियों के पास नियमित रूप से जाना चाहिए, बल्कि वार्ड सिस्टर और वार्ड वाॅयज को भी रोगियों के स्वास्थ्य मापदंडों की निरन्तर जांच सुनिश्चित करनी चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि रोगी की स्थिति बिगड़ती है तो यह डाॅक्टरों के ध्यान में लाया जाना चाहिए ताकि रोगियों का समय पर उचित उपचार किया जा सके।
जय राम ठाकुर ने कहा कि चिकित्सा महाविद्यालयों में ऑक्सीजन की पर्याप्त आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने के लिए इन्दिरा गांधी चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय शिमला, डाॅ. राजेन्द्र प्रसाद राजकीय चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय टांडा और श्री लाल बहादुर शास्त्री चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय नेरचैक, मण्डी में शीघ्र ही 20-20 मीट्रिक टन क्षमता की अतिरिक्त भण्डारण क्षमता सृजित की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि इसी प्रकार प्रदेश के विभिन्न स्वास्थ्य संस्थानों में पीएसए संयंत्र स्थापित करने के प्रयास किए जाने चाहिए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि वर्तमान में डाॅ. राजेन्द्र प्रसाद राजकीय चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय टांडा में 49 वेंटीलेटर कार्यशील हैं और शीघ्र ही 19 अतिरिक्त वेंटीलेटर प्रदान कर दिए जाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि नेरचैक चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय को 35 अतिरिक्त वेंटीलेटर प्रदान किए जाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार ने केन्द्र से राज्य के लिए पीएम केयर्स से 200 अतिरिक्त वेंटीलेटर प्रदान करने का भी आग्रह किया है।
जय राम ठाकुर ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग को कोविड जांच की रिपोर्ट में हो रही देरी को कम करने के लिए प्रयास करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि यह सुनिश्चित किया जाना चाहिए कि सभी जांच की रिपोर्ट 36 घंटों के भीतर उपलब्ध करवाई जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि निजी प्रयोगशालाओं को भी कोरोना परीक्षण के लिए शामिल किया जाना चाहिए, इससे रिपोर्ट समय पर प्राप्त हो सकेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि वार्ड सिस्टरों को कोविड रोगियों की उचित देखभाल सुनिश्चित करने के लिए निरन्तर कोविड वार्डों का दौरा करना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि कोविड वार्डों की चैबीस घण्टे निगरानी सुनिश्चित करनी चाहिए ताकि रोगियों को किसी भी असुविधा का सामना न करना पड़े। उन्होंने कहा कि कोविड रोगियों के परिवारों को रोगियों की स्थिति की नियमित तौर पर जानकारी सुनिश्चित करने के लिए एक प्रभावी तंत्र विकसित किया जाना चाहिए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि ऑक्सीजन की सुचारू आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने के लिए डी-टाइप ऑक्सीजन सिलेंडरों की खरीद के अलावा मेकशिफ्ट अस्पतालों के कार्य को पूरा करने में तेजी लाई जाए।
स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डाॅ. राजीव सैजल, मुख्य सचिव अनिल खाची, अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव आरडी धीमान और जे.सी. शर्मा, प्रधान सचिव सुभाशीष पांडा, स्वास्थ्य सचिव अमिताभ अवस्थी, राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन के मिशन निदेशक डाॅ. निपुण जिंदल, विशेष सचिव अरिंदम चैधरी और आबिद हुसैन सादिक, आईजीएमसी के प्रधानाचार्य डाॅ. रजनीश पठानिया और आईजीएमसी शिमला के वरिष्ठ चिकित्सा अधीक्षक डाॅ. जनक राज भी बैठक में उपस्थित थे।
