कांग्रेस ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के हिमाचल दौरे को बताया निराशाजनक -कहा आर्थिक पैकेज की प्रदेश की उम्मीदें रही धरी की धरी
कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष कुलदीप सिंह राठौर ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के मनाली दौरे पर निराशा व्यक्त करते हुए कहा है कि इस बार भी मोदी प्रदेश के लोगों को निराश कर वापिस लौट गए।उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री का यह दौरा पूरी तरह एक राजनैतिक दौरा ही साबित हुआ है।उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश को उम्मीद थी कि प्रधानमंत्री इस कोरोना काल मे विकास के लिए कोई बड़ा आर्थिक पैकज देते, पर वह उम्मीदें धरी की धरी रह गई।उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री का यह कहना कि हिमाचल प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की दिल मे बसता है,एक बड़ा झूठ साबित हुआ है।उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री जयराम ठाकुर प्रधानमंत्री के समक्ष अपनी कोई भी मांग प्रभाबी ढंग से नही रख पाये।
राठौर ने आज इस सुरंग के लोकापर्ण होने पर प्रदेशवासियों को विशेषकर लाहुल स्पीति के लोगों को बधाई दी है।उन्होंने कहा कि इस सुंरग के निर्माण में कांग्रेस का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान रहा है,जिसे मंच से याद किया जाना चाहिए था।उन्होंने कहा कि इस सुरंग निर्माण में मारे गए श्रीमकों को याद तक नही किया गया।
राठौर ने लाहुल के सीसु में आयोजित कार्यक्रम से कांग्रेस नेताओं को दूर रखने की आलोचना करते हुए कहा कि सरकारी कार्यक्रम में इस प्रकार का भेदभाव जनता के साथ अन्याय है।उन्होंने कहा कि लाहुल घाटी के लोगों को आज इस सुरंग के चालू हो जाने का एक बड़े पर्व से कम नही था,पर सरकार ने इसे भाजपा का कार्यक्रम बना कर इसका राजनीतिकर्ण कर दिया।
मनाली के सोलंग नाला में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में भी राजनीति भाषण बाजी के सिवा कुछ नही था।उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री जिस नए कृषि कानून की बात कर रहें है उससे किसानों और बागवानों का कोई भला होने वाला नही।प्रधानमंत्री ने अपने भाषण में जले पर नमक छिड़कने का काम किया है।उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री को प्रदेश के साथ पूर्व में किये गए अपने उन वायदों पर भी बोलना चाहिए था जो आज दिन तक पूरे नही हुए।
राठौर ने कहा कि रोहतांग टनल जो अब अटल टनल के नाम से जानी जाएगी के निर्माण को जिसे प्रधानमंत्री अपनी सरकार की उपलब्धि बताने में लगे रहें,वह पूरी तरह तथ्यों से परे है।उन्होंने कहा कि 1972 में तत्कालीन प्रधानमंत्री इंदिरा गांधी ने इस सुरंग निर्माण को अपनी सैधांतिक मंजूरी दी थी और 2010 में यूपीए सरकार ने इसके निर्माण के अंतिम प्रारूप को स्वीकार करते हुए यूपीए अध्यक्ष सोनिया गांधी ने 28 जून 2010 को इसकी आधारशिला रखी थी।उन्होंने कहा कि बेहतर होता कि प्रधानमंत्री अपने संबोधन में पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री इंदिरा गांधी,मनमोहन सिंह और सोनिया गांधी का भी इसके निर्माण में योगदान को याद करते।
राठौर ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री इसके इतिहास को न तो झुठला सकते और न ही नकार सकते है।उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री देश के विकास में कांग्रेस के योगदान को झुठलाने का नाकाम कोशिश कर रहें है।उन्होंने कहा कि देश के लोग जानते है कि आज देश जिस प्रगति के मुकाम पर खड़ा है उसमें कांग्रेस का क्या योगदान है।उन्होंने कहा कि प्रत्यक्ष को प्रमाण की आवश्यकता नही होती।प्रधानमंत्री देश को गुमराह नही कर सकते।
