राज्यपाल राजेन्द्र विश्वनाथ आर्लेकर ने नई राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति में सभी के योगदान की जताई आवश्यकता, कहा- नई शिक्षा नीति से देश खुद को विश्व नेता के रूप में कर सकेगा पुनःस्थापित

राज्यपाल ने बुधवार को धर्मशाला में केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा आयोजित शिक्षा का भारतीय स्वरूप पर आयोजित गोष्ठी में कहा कि शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में हमें सही रास्ता पता होना चाहिए, जिसमें हमें आगे बढ़ना है क्योंकि भारतीय विचारधारा ने हमें दुनिया में एक अलग पहचान दी है। उन्होंने कन्या पूजन और अंतरराष्ट्रीय बालिका दिवस का उदाहरण देते हुए कहा कि यह सोच हमें औपचारिकता से ज्यादा वास्तविकता की ओर ले जाती है।
श्री आर्लेकर ने कहा कि वर्तमान शिक्षा प्रणाली हमें हमारी संस्कृति, परंपरा और जमीन से नहीं जोड़ पाई है। वर्तमान शिक्षा प्रणाली हमें कृषि कार्य करने में सहायक नहीं है, बल्कि हमें केवल नौकरी उन्मुखी है। इसलिए आज हमें यह तय करने की आवश्यकता है कि हम नौकरी प्रदाता बनना चाहते हैं या नौकरी तलाशने वाले।
राज्यपाल ने कहा मैकाले की गुलाम शिक्षा नीति से बाहर निकलले में केवल नई शिक्षा नीति हमारी सहायता कर सकती है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस नीति में शिक्षण संस्थानों के विकास के साथ-साथ हमारी संस्कृति और भाषा को प्रोत्साहित करने का भी प्रावधान है।
राज्यपाल ने कहा कि हमें वर्ष 1947 में राजनीतिक आजादी मिली लेकिन अंग्रेजों द्वारा पैदा की गई मानसिकता से मुक्त नहीं हो सके। उन्होंने राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति को आगे बढ़ाने में हिमाचल केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा किए गए प्रयासों की सराहना की और कहा कि देश के अन्य विश्वविद्यालय उनकी इस पहल का अनुसरण करेंगे।
भारत-तिब्बत सहयोग मंच के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक और राष्ट्रीय स्वयं सेवक संघ के वरिष्ठ प्रचारक इंद्रेश कुमार ने कहा कि दुनिया ने सामूहिकता का एक माॅडल दिया है जबकि हमारी संस्कृति ने अखंडता का माॅडल दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि लोग जीवन के मूल्य की पूजा करते थे। उन्होंने कहा कि जब दुनिया में किसी राष्ट्र की पहचान उसकी संस्कृति, सभ्यता और मूल्यों के आधार पर की जाएगी, तोे हमेशा भारत, भारतीय, भारतीयता के रूप में लिखा जाएगा। यह शब्द अपने आप में बहु-पारंपरिक, बहु-संस्कृति और बहुभाषी है।
कार्यक्रम के विशिष्ट अतिथि प्रो. नागेश ठाकुर ने कहा कि हर देश की अपनी संस्कृति, परंपराएं और आत्मा होती है और इसी तरह हर देश की अपनी शिक्षा नीति होती है।
हिमालयन वेलफेयर फाउंडेशन के संस्थापक निदेशक नवनीत गुलेरिया और हिमालय परिवार के महासचिव ऋषि वालिया ने भी इस अवसर पर अपने विचार व्यक्त किए।
इससे पूर्व केन्द्रीय विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति प्रो. एस.पी. बंसल ने इस राज्यपाल को सम्मानित किया।
राज्यपाल ने हिमाचल प्रदेश केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालय का संशोधित लोगो जारी किया और जैविक विज्ञान संकाय की शोध पत्रिका का भी विमोचन किया।
इससे पूर्व राज्यपाल ने माता चामुंडा मंदिर जाकर पूजा-अर्चना की।
इस अवसर पर उपायुक्त निपुन जिंदल और अन्य अधिकारी भी उपस्थित थे।
